This Is Stupid

In the past I have written things for the sole purpose of keeping updates on my site. I've tried to keep updated and insightful ideas on my blog in order to appease the masses; to keep people interested. Now that I've sort of evaporated from the scene for about a week I notice that no one made a single comment on my absence.

This is a good thing. This means there isn't anyone hanging on my every word. This means I'm only an occasional read for most who come here. This means I'm not inherently too significant in the blogosphere. This means I'm going to write whatever the hell I want, whenever the hell I want and I'm not going to care who I piss off in the process.

Will I piss off lefties? Hell yeah! Will I piss off righties? Absolutely! I'm just going to start telling it like it is and not care what happens anymore. If you're reading this please take note. I ain't sugar coating anything from here on out.

1. The Wide Awakes - Please take me off of the writing roster. I'm not quitting and I'll still do the updates and polls and stuff but I can't devote myself to pointed articles anymore. Don't worry; I can still fisk the hell out of a troll if I put my mind on it.

2. Blogcritics - A good portion of you are a bunch of good for nothing, hypocritical, self-serving, elitist, and liberal whores. I have two reviews to do and I doubt I'll be requesting anymore free products for review. You thought you had a problem culling the mindset of John Bambi-Neck you ain't seen nothing yet. I will no doubt be banned before the month is out by these "freedom of speech" preaching idiots.

3. Pumping Pixels - Because of this newfound freedom I'll be able to do a bit more web design. Remember, we work damn cheap. If you've already got the site the basic design is 25 friggin' bucks. Even the cheapest Internet bums can scrounge together 25 bucks. Help a foundling company in the blogsphere out and buy a design. If you think we ain't got what it takes just ask for references. We'll prove you wrong.

4. The blogosphere in general - There is no way in hell I can visit everybody's blogs on a regular basis. Just keeping up with the TWA sites would be a full time endeavor. (Speaking of which, TTLB has a nice aggregator for them HERE) If you have something really cool please e-mail me or leave a comment. I DO read every single solitary comment and e-mail that runs through this blog. You can rest assured I read what you e-mailed me. Yes, even all of your stuff Howard...unless it has to do with some effing casino website we've all been getting spammed with lately.

5. If anything I say or do on this blog hurts your sensitivities tough shit. I'm not writing to make you happy. I'm writing to express my feelings and if it offends you please take make the sincere effort to go piss up a rope. If you want to tell me that if I don't retract this opinion or that statement I'll no longer be your friend or you'll stop visiting then get the fuck out. If you're that fickle you were never a friend or true fan, just a fraud.

Now that I've gotten that off my chest you can take this for the pixels it's written on. If you don't believe these words just try me.

...we now return you to your regular scheduled blogging...

I had not seen this post until now. You were really ticked off!
You know honey, Ricky Nelson sang a song about a garden party many long years ago. The part I remembered best is, "you can't please everyone, so you might as well please yourself." Makes sense to me.
