Joe Lieberman - Independant?

Yep, that's the big rumor floating around I guess. Rumor has it that after tomorrow Joe will be going independent. After the crap the Democrats have been giving him I can't blame the guy. I guess that's what happens when you're ostracised because you can speak to Sean Hannity without foaming at the mouth. Hell, Kos is in full on fury against him.

I'm sorry, but I just have to stop and make a remark or two about the mental retardation that is Zunigas and crew. They're such raving leftists freaks as to not really even resemble Americans anymore. They're simply Democrats from...um...LA LA Land? I'd be willing to bet if they could get away with arming themselves to shoot Republicans on sight they would....anyway, back to Joe.

Something people need to figure out is that Connecticut probably has the right idea about things. A good portion of the population are independent voters. They're not affiliated with one retarded party over the other. They have to common sense to vote for whomever they want. Hopefully, the many years Joe has spent serving them will not go to waste. I doubt Connecticut will so quickly forget what Joe provided them.

...and just think. While the Democrats are pushing so hard to oust Lieberman they could be unifying themselves against Republicans. I believe they may be digging their own political grave in Conn.

I don't like or dislike Joe. He's been around for a long time and knows politics. He's a sound voice of reason for the Democrats- BUT- like you said, KOS and company have changed that voice. Joe should turn into an Independant because he doesn't need to be associated with the new face of that party of the people...Democraps.

I'd prefer calling the psychotic raving moonbats intent on forcing themselves into power no matter how many people die in the process. Murderers through complacency, fanaticism and an ends justifies the means attitude. But Democraps work too.

Looks like Joe is out for now. ICK. MoveOn and Nutroots won this time around. Joe will file as an Independant tomorrow I heard...it ought to get interesting now.

Sigh.

Here

#3, especially. You've internalized the playbook well. Eaten, digested, and made it corporal.

Ironic that the post was directed at the "MSM" that you also detest.

"Murderers through complacency, fanaticism and an ends justifies the means attitude . . . if they could get away with arming themselves to shoot Republicans on sight they would"

And yet it is us who rave.

We want Lieberman out because he is too quick to cozy up to the opposition. Precisely in order to "unif(y) (our)selves against Republicans". Nothing more or less, and nothing crazed about that. Those famously independant CT voters have made an independant choice today . . . no Republican Lite on the ballot representing Democrats.

Oh, and hypocrite much? "Just dropped in the code for Blogs for McCain's Opponent. I'm sorry, the guy has been doing just a bit too much butt snorkeling with the DNC as of late."

Broken Commentary
Since commenting is down I'm leaving this for Pussilanimuos Fucktwat:

1. You're an idiot PW. I've been on the record for a very long time as disliking both sides of the political extremes. I hate psychotic, foaming at the mouth republicans just as much as I hate psychotic, foaming at the mouth democrats. You really don't pay attention much do you?

2. Remember all those times I said Joe and Dean should just switch sides? I'm just as happy as all the democrats that they ousted him. It means he's moving closer to where he should be. Now we just need to move McCain in the same direction.

3. It's corporeal, not corporal. A corporal is a military rank.

4. Why the hell do you keep coming back when I end up kicking the shit out of you everytime you do?

5. WTF happened to your blog? You decide to just troll other people's blogs for plausable deniability?

Response on the deleted thread:

EiP:

I know what happened to his blog - he kicked me off. After that, no point in reading, so no point in writing.

"We want Lieberman out because he is too quick to cozy up to the opposition"

Yeah, we wouldn't dare want to all get along once in a while so we could just maybe get something done in this country, for the good of this country, now, would we? Joe was about the last of the "real" Democrats. People that have been Democrats all their lives, like Joe and I, are moving to be Independents, not wanting to associate ourselves with the liberal extremists who seems to have taken over our party. I always thought the Democrats were the "good guys," but not anymore. The Democrats of today make the far rights look like saints.

Both of the extremes can be pretty insane, Debbie. Take a peek at people like Michael Savage or Cao that go just as insane on the right as others do on the left.

So, I dropped an 'e'. Oops. Funny, but it still works:

Main Entry: corporal

Function: adjective

Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French, from Latin corporalis, from corpor-, corpus body

1 obsolete : CORPOREAL, PHYSICAL
2 : of, relating to, or affecting the body (corporal punishment)

And don't flatter yourself. If calling me "Pussilanimuos (sp) Fucktwat" and then trying to prevent any rebuttal is your idea of "kicking the shit" out of me . . . well, what can I say.

You're just a lil 'ol innocent non-partisan extremist-hater now, huh? First the Dems are vicarious murderers; now anti-Semites. Quick! Name ten psychotic, foaming-at-the-mouth Republicans.

To answer your questions, I came back because your inane and hateful post about murderous Dems suddenly popped up in my Bloglines feed and I felt it needed an answer ("Where 'ya been for so long, by the way? Guess my own personal devastating whit and piercing intelligence drove you out of business for awhile, huh? Har har har!!"); I deleted my blog because it became overrun with conspiracy theorists when I no longer had time to post. I have no idea who played Jesus to my Lazarus and then turned the site over to the credit card spammers, though.

BTW: You know banning my comments can't work, right?

Question: Is it embarrassing that you tried to ban my commentary? I think it is kinda funny . . . and interesting . . . that this time, unlike the last, you did it quietly and without braggadocio.

I'm curious, is all. Is it embarrassing?

Me? It would have mortified me in my blogging days to have blocked commentary from those that may have disagreed with me. It would make me sound like I was a dictator or something. Like a Communist. Maybe even a Fascist.

Oh, man. That's why I never did it.

Well, not really. Idealism aside I could not bring myself ban someone because it looks kinda chickenshit, ya know?

When I do that, it makes it looks as if what I say cannot stand up to scrutiny . . . so I block out any dissent. Like what the Chinese government does. Like what the "House of Saud" does.

1. Actually, if you'd been paying attention you'd have know that everyone on .mu.nu had their comments shut down for a while.

2. You are still an idiot.

3. Yes, I can ban your comments and I'll be doing so very soon.

4. Call it what you want but I feel no need or desire to justify a banning policy for your idiotic opinions.

5. I would have a hard time coming up with 10 hate filled democratic blogs let alone 10 republican ones. However, since you would consider it a victory if I didn't mention a few, several people that subscribe to the below individuals, as well as the individuals really get my goat. Remember, not everyone associated with these people are idiotic jackoffs, just as not everyone on Kos' site are:
Michael Savage
Cao's Blog
Ann Coulter
Little Green Footballs

...oh, and I would have had more but I'm cleaning off my blogroll and...well...several people just cheesed me.

Posted by: Jeremy H. Bol at August 10, 2006 03:24 PM

Current ban list:

70.178.29.27 - PW's old IP
69.154.122.118 - PW's new IP

Feel free to get a few more up there.

"Actually, if you'd been paying attention you'd have know that everyone on .mu.nu had their comments shut down for a while"

If everyone else was getting an error message that included a list of websites and the word "blacklist", then I apologize. Even though you've done it twice in the past, you have my apology for my latest baseless accusation of chickenshitness.

I asked for 10 Republicans, BTW, not rightwing websites. The guys who can't go on, say, Olberman or Air America "without foaming at the mouth". Those guys.

The ones who balance you. You know . . . the other "extremists" that you are always denouncing (but I haven't noticed because I haven't been paying attention).

Who are they?
